PacketVideo announced today that they’ve released Twonky Beam Browser, a free application which lets users browse web videos on their tablet and send them directly to internet-connected TVs or media players. Whereas most users might use Twonky for internet clips, it’s flexible enough to allow for sharing/beaming of audio and photos as well. This opens the door up to podcasts, internet radio, photo slideshows, and other fun media on your connected 55″ television! Once you have the app installed you can begin browsing popular websites and bookmarks, beaming them, adding to a queue, and more.
