HTC Rezound Appears In Verizon’s Systems, Release Next Thursday?
The Rezound is a phone with a history; When we first met this phone in an early leak it was called the HTC Vigor and it was promised to have awesome specs like a dual core processor and a 720p screen. After the initial outing, a new image arrived, which still appears to be genuine due to the quite recently leaked press shot. The last time we heard something about our beloved Vigor was when it received DLNA certification bearing the name Rezound.
I admit that the name Vigor is cooler, but it seems that this phone will launch with the name Rezound. How do we know this? Well, somebody leaked (yes, a leak again) a screenshot of Verizon’s device management system showing a few specs. The screenshot shows the lame Rezound name, but the specs will give you little reason to cry. The Rezound will sport a 4G LTE connection, dual core processor and a 720p screen. Perhaps even more interesting is the fact that it has global capabalities, making this a true world phone. If Droid-life’s source is right, we’ll find out next Thursday what’s true and what’s not.

Since it’s running Android, it seems to be quite easy at the first glance, but it isn’t.
