Effective yesterday, October 18th, Google Offers is serving up deals and promotions in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. The addition of these two brings the total number of cities to 13, with another 25 expected in the near future.  If you live in one of the supported towns, it’s recommended that you download the Google Shopper app and start saving!
