Droid 4 may be closer to release than expected, thanks to a leaked pic from Verizon’s systems

Thanks to a leaked pic of Verizon‘s internal systems, it looks like we may be closer to the release of the Motorola DROID 4 than we expected. The leaked shot shows the DROID 4 to be in Verizon‘s network (probably just for testing) as of 11/6. If this follows the XOOM 2, which appeared in the system on October 23rd (with LTE and up to 64GB internal storage) and is now pseudo-slated for release on November 30th, this means that the DROID 4 could show up early enough to be Motorola and Verizon‘s December release.

Yes, we’re aware that we haven’t had any official word on the XOOM 2 release, so this whole thing may be bunk out of the gate, but we can always hope. Let us know what you think in the comments.
