Gap Inc. announces Google Wallet support for 65+ Bay Area locations

Do you live in the San Francisco Bay area? Do you own an Android smartphone with Google Wallet? Terrific, this post is just for you! Gap Inc. today announced that consumers can use the single tap method of payment at more than 65 area stores, including Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Banana Republic Factory Stores and Gap Outlet.
We can’t wait until more retailers wake up to NFC and its capabilities, especially those tied to Google Wallet. Being able to pay for an item, earn rewards, and use coupons all at once just makes sense in a mobile capacity.
