U.S. Cellular is also giving customers an additional incentive to buy this week: 2,000 bonus rewards points, which will help when they’re ready to upgrade to a new device down the road. The carrier is using Black Friday to push their new rewards system, in which customers get rewards points for simple things, like paying their bills on time, referring friends and family, etc. The points can be cashed in before a contract ends, to get the full discount on a new phone without having to wait.
They’re advertising these deals along with their newest plan, coming in at $39.99 per month for 450 minutes, free incoming calls, texts and pictures, mobile-to-mobile calls, and nights and weekends starting at 7:00 pm.
Of course, all the aforementioned discounts are only available for eligible upgrades and add-a-line customers. So if you’re in the market for an Android phone on the cheap, you might want to take a look at U.S. Cellular. The sale ends November 28th, so you’ve got a few days to consider your options.
Anyone planning to take U.S. Cellular up on one of these phones? What do you think of the rewards program? Be sure to leave a comment after the break! The full press release can also be found below.
