Galaxy Nexus expected to receive Flash Player and AIR support in December
We can cross off another perceived flaw of the Galaxy Nexus. Many were worried that Flash wouldn’t make it onto the Galaxy Nexus but we now have confirmation that it will indeed find its way, and we won’t even have to wait long, as it’s expected to be available next month. Here’s the official statement from the Adobe blog:
We will provide a minor update to the runtimes to support the Galaxy Nexus in December
There you have it. No need to worry. In fact, the Galaxy Nexus might even see Flash before Verizon customers see the Galaxy Nexus! Now there’s something to complain about. However, you may still want to reach for the tissues because as we all know — Flash Player for mobile browsers will soon cease to exist.
