Clockwork Mod developing a wired tether app for Android
ClockWork Mod, well known for CWM Recovery on rooted devices, now has a wired tether app in the alpha stages. Most tethering apps require root, or for users to pay carriers for such a service. Clockwork Mod Tether works on unrooted Android phones, and uses a hard-to-detect method along with your Windows, Mac, or Linux computer. It’s not like PDANet, that’s for sure.
While it provides a wired tether, instead of the wireless option that many users long for, it’s free. If you’d like to give it a shot yourself, you can follow the link below to download it for your respective OS.
