Boost Mobile Announce the LG Marquee with Shrinkage!

Boost Mobile, a prepaid division of Sprint, announced the availability of the LG Marquee today. The phone will have a 1GHZ processor and sport a 4 inch display.  It ships with Android 2.3 – no word on if and when it may see Android 4.0.

The Marquee will be available January 23rd for $279.99 with no contract and will require you to have the $55/month Android service option with “SHRINKAGE“.

SHRINKAGE is a new program that, for every 6 months of on time payments made, $5 will be removed from your monthly bill, up to $15 total. So after 18 months, you could potentially pay only $40/month (plus taxes) for service on the Marquee.

Seems like a great all around deal for a great phone and service, don’t you think?

The Boost plan includes taxes. You will only pay $40/mo. after 18 months.

Boost plans don’t include tax! It depends on what state you are in. Most states don’t charge tax on plans. Dude doesn’t know what hes talking about. Drugs are bad!!!
