T-Mobile and Walmart add unlimited web to Unlimited Talk & Text plan

Consumers looking for a low-cost 3G data plan are encouraged to check out the newly revised Walmart Family Mobile plan .  Powered by T-Mobile, the plan sees the addition of unlimited data connectivity added to the Unlimited Talk and Text plan.
The plan still runs $45 per month for the first line, and gives users a monthly postpaid, no contract  option with 3G data speeds.  Each additional line costs just $35 per month and provides added value to families looking to pick up multiple smartphones.
In an effort to drum up new customers, those who activate before March 16th will get 5GB per month at 3G speeds.  Typically limited to just 250MB per month, this is quite a deal to consider.  Obviously not geared toward high-end users, the family plan is a viable alternative for people who want to get a taste of the smartphone life.  Currently, the only Android powered handset we found was the $198.00 Optimus One.

What a great price – especially if you have two or three kids with phones.
