Gameloft releases Asphalt 6 as free app in GetJar Gold program
Gameloft has become the latest Android developer to embrace GetJar Gold, announcing Asphalt 6 as a free application. So instead of dropping a buck in the Android Market, download and install the game on your Android smartphone or tablet for free through GetJar. Launched back in September 2011, the service has grown to include new developers and games all the time. As of today there are more than 100 free ultra-premium titles with a total value in excess of $250.00 and growing. Additional games already available include TuneInRadio Pro, Age of Zombies, Walkabout, Tweetcaster, and more.
Hopefully this is but the first of many Gameloft titles to land in the GetJar Gold program. We can think of a number of games that users would love to see go free… how about you?

Asphalt 6 Zooms Its Way to Android Users for Free
SAN MATEO, Calif. – January 24, 2012 – GetJar, the world’s largest free app store, today announced that Asphalt 6, the adrenaline-pumping racing game from Gameloft is now available for free on GetJar Gold. Asphalt 6 is one of more than 100 free, ultra-premium apps available to consumers on GetJar Gold. GetJar makes over $250 worth of apps free to consumers and gives away up to $300,000 worth of free apps each day.
