US Cellular Announces 4G LTE Network

US Cellular, the carrier with the highest call quality and network satisfaction is close to launching its own 4G LTE network. With a plan to cover 25% of their customer base, this rollout includes cities in  Iowa, Wisconsin, Maine, North Carolina, Texas and Oklahoma. Boasting speeds up to 10 times faster, US Cellular hopes to further enhance the wireless experience.

Several leading markets will be the first to get a chance to use the new LTE network.  US Cellular will be the first wireless carrier to offer 4G LTE in several of these new markets.  More markets to be revealed later this month.

  • Des Moines
  • Cedar Rapids
  • Davenport
  • Portland
  • Bangor
North Carolina:
  • Greenville
