Surpassing 2 million downloads on the Android platform, Glympse has made a lot of progress in a short amount of time. Having just over a million Android downloads 3 months ago, they’ve reached another milestone and plan to debut a couple new features at the Mobile World Congress, which is coming up real soon.

Tap-n-Track, a new feature that will be available on the Glympse version of Android v4.0 will provide a fast, new way to exchange a “glympse” with another Android user. Using Android Beam, this new feature will establish an instant connection between users who wish to share their locations.
