NVIDIA Announces 5 HD games for Tegra 3, including Sonic the Hedgehog
NVIDIA definitely raised some eyebrows with their announcement of their Tegra 3 processor, a powerhouse that’s going to usher in a new era of mobile speed. While raw power is important, it’s nothing without some software to make it look good; Nvidia, of course, knows this. Today they announced 4 HD games that will be coming to Tegra 3 devices and their quad-core powerhouse selves: Sonic The Hedgehog 4: Episode II, Golden Arrow THD, Dark Kingdom THD, Eden to GREEEEN THD, Hamilton’s Great Adventure THD. As we had written previously, good software support (especially games) is important to the success of any hardware platform. All of these games look absolutely gorgeous and bring a console-level of polish to the mobile space.
It’s gonna be awesome to see when the Tegra 3 devices hit for consumers.
