GSM Galaxy Nexus now available through Play Store, off contract
Are you the type that hates middle-men? Despise the shackles of contracts and carrier obligations? Lastly and most importantly, have you been looking to grab up the Galaxy Nexus? Google has started selling the device via its Play Store for the surprising price of $399 for US residents. Considering this is non-subsidized pricing with no contract, it’s definitely cheaper than one would expect. Obviously you won’t be able to use it with either Verizon, Sprint, or any other CDMA network, but if you were looking to just pick it up and pop in a GSM SIM card, now’s your chance (after the 1 to 2 day business days shipping, of course).
