Kogan unveils Agora 10-inch Android tablet, starting from $179
Australian hardware maker Kogan recently launched an Android tablet with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 10″ XGA screen, HDMI port and of your Android requisites. Listed at $179 (AU Dollar), I think that’s a really a good price for such good looking tablet.
Of course the tablet is not rocking a dual-core processor or other high-end stuff. In this price, you will get a 1.2GHz single-core Cortex-A8 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 4:3 aspect ratio, 2MP main camera, a front-facing camera, Wi-Fi b/g/n, a miniHDMI port, a 3.5mm audio jack, 8GB of built-in storage, and storage is expandable by microSD cards. It comes with 8-hours battery life, and you can also get a 16GB version by just paying $199. Though the sad news is that it’s available in Australia only.
Not the best tablet available in the market but it’s one of the cheapest! Perhaps that might explain why, when we last looked, the tablet was sold out. If you live in Australia, or would consider importing one of these, then tell us about your thoughts in the comment box below.
