Hulu Plus gains new Android devices, improved 7-inch tablet experience

The official Hulu Plus app for Android was updated late last week, adding in support for new devices (Galaxy S II series, HTC One S, Galaxy Tab 2) as well as enhanced support for Ice Cream Sandwich.  Also of note is that this release includes improved support for 7-inch tablets and improved support for high-resolution screens.  The timing couldn’t be more coincidental if you ask us; Google I/O gets started in a matter of days.  Pretty much everyone expects to see the 7-inch Nexus tablet debut where it will likely be the prime candidate for some Hulu Plus love.
