LG prepping quad-core smartphone with 10-megapixel camera
LG is planning a new smartphone with a quad-core processor and a 10-megapixel camera, according to details picked up by TheNextWeb. It’s being reported that LG Electronics chairman Koo Bon-moo has become directly involved with development of the handset after frustrations that LG is not making enough use of its own technology.
The full details for the presumed Android smartphone are unclear at this point however it is said to be on track for a September release. If history is any indication, we will likely see this one announced for international crowds first, followed a few months later with a U.S. variant.
