Virgin Mobile debuts Samsung Galaxy Reverb for September
Virgin Mobile has added another Android smartphone to their no-contract roster, announcing the Samsung Galaxy Reverb. Due in September, the handset is a mid-range model with a somewhat reasonable $250 sticker.
Details for the Galaxy Reverb include a 4-inch WVGA display, 1.4GHz processor, 5-megapixel camera rear camera, and front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera. Additional specs include Bluetooth 4.0, support for 64GB microSD cards, Wi-Fi, and GPS. Powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the Samsung handset can be paired with plans that start as low as $35 per month. Pre-orders start on Augst 29 however the phone is slated for September.
