LG Optimus Vu 2 announced for Korea

LG has announced the successor to the Optimus Vu, putting it on Korea’s calendar for September.  The full list of details is nowhere to be found at this point but we’re pretty sure that stuff will come out in short order.

We do know that it will feature an infrared sensor and dedicated app (Q Remote) designed to control your living room entertainment  Other than that, we’ve got some screenshots that show NFC support.  Yeah, very little.  Let’s hope IFA brings us everything we need.  Then, let’s hope it gets to the United States a little quicker than the last model.
