First of all, I am an Android fan through and through. I have all 3 Nexus/Nexi phones, the wifi Xoom, and a Nexus 7. I love Android, but WTF is up with the names?!?!?! It’s like the manufacturers/carriers want the longest most complex name possible. I hate to say this, but Apple does this right. The most recent iPad dropped the number scheme and I fully expect when they announce their next iPhone it will just be “the new iPhone”. Android OEMs need to take a page outta Apple’s playbook on that.

Edit: Shortly after posting, I received a call from my lawyer informing me to cease and desist because Apple has a patent on simple naming schemes…
