Samsung T889 headed to T-Mobile as Galaxy Note II?
It’s been just around a month now since T-Mobile added the Samsung Galaxy Note to their line up of smartphones. Seems logical to start talking about the Galaxy Note II, right? The team over at TmoNews obtained a screenshot of the About Device page of a handset which shows the model number of SGH-T889. As some of you know, the original model of the Galaxy Note was SGH-T879 so it just kinda makes sense.
We’re hearing that the T-Mobile edition of the Galaxy Note II will keep the Quad-Core Exynos processor and run on their HSPA+ 42Mbps network. The phone, like its international counterpart, will run Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, which should look good on the 720×1280 display.
We still don’t have any information regarding the price or release date. Stay tuned on AndroidGuys for more info.
