New details for a Galaxy Premier recently spilled online, giving us a fairly good idea what we might see out of Samsung in the near future.  That, and confirming stuff we’ve been hearing as of late.  Once rumored as a potential Galaxy Nexus II, the phone appears to fall somewhere in the middle of the Galaxy S III and Galaxy S III mini.

According to a recent GLBenchmark report, the I9260 will run Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean and offer a 1280x720p display, 1.5GHz processor, likely a dual-core.

Additionally, the Galaxy Premier boasts a PowerVR SGX 544 GPU, not all unlike the stuff in Apple’s latest stuff.  Factoring in some  AnTuTu scores from a few days back and it sounds like we’re looking at TI OMAP 4470 processor.

It’s difficult to say whether we’ll see this phone in the United States in some capacity.  Maybe we won’t get it with a big name carrier, but it might be something a prepaid or regional provider might offer.
