Sprint intros new tablet rate plans for November 11

Sprint has a number of new rate plans coming for tablet users, some of which are post-paid and some of which are no-contract.  Set to begin on November 11, 2012, these are touted as “aggressively priced” and will offer consumers up to 20 more data than what AT&T or Verizon offer at the same price.  These new rate plans will be available to all Sprint 4G LTE tablets and will not require a contract.

Existing Sprint smartphone customers can add a tablet to their account with a specially discounted rate plan that includes 1GB of data for only $15/ month.  Wanna save a few bucks?  Opt for the $10/month plan and get 100MB of data.  Also, for a limited time, Sprint will waive the activation fee on all 3G/4G LTE tablets.

Other options to choose from include:

  • $34.99 for 3GB of data
  • $49.99 for 6GB of data
  • $79.99 for 12GB of data

No Contractual Obligations

Sprint also has Mobile Broadband Passes (no contract offers) for tablets which start at $14.99 for 300MB of data per month. Like those above, you can also get three other plans:

$34.99 for 3GB of data

$49.99 for 6GB of data

$79.99 for 12GB of data
