AT&T today announced that they will be offering the Samsung Galaxy Express on Friday, November 16. Priced at $99.99 with a two-year service agreement, the Android 4.0 handset will make for a great first-time smartphone. As a reminder, AT&T is also offering a limited time promotion which sees customers getting up to  $100 off a second connected Samsung device.  Don’t forget, Ma Bell will be selling the 4G LTE version of the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 at the same time.

What’s in the Samsung Galaxy Express, you ask?  Among other details, the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich experience offers a 4.5-inch SUper AMOLED Plus display, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 2000mAh battery, 5-megapixel camera, and 4G LTE connectivity.
