HD Widgets 3.7 debuts for Android 4.2 with a dozen new widgets
The cloud.tv team has dropped a spankin’ new version of its HD Widgets application for Android, just as Android 4.2 begins rolling out with new and existing devices. Swing on by the Google Play Store and check out v3.7 and you’ll find five a dozen new widgets (five for phone, seven for tablet) awaiting you.
One of the best features of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean is the daydream mode which lets users put up to five widgets on the lock screen. For smartphones the cloud.tv guys have added three primary widgets and two side widgets. On the tablet front, there are five primary widgets and two side widgets. We’ve only played with these for a few minutes on the Nexus 7 and have already fallen in love all over again. Our lock screen is much better now, thank you.
