T-Mobile’s holiday sales are getting ready to kick off on Friday, November 23 and are expected to run through December 20. Like the stuff that the carrier did last week, these promotions revolve around Samsung 4G devices.  There are a number of deals to choose from, some phone, and some tablet and all involve mail-in rebates and instant savings.
