HTC Deluxe not heading to Europe after all?

HTC Deluxe not heading to Europe after all?

A number rumors of an HTC Deluxe have surfaced over the months, and even more so in the wake of the Droid DNA. Expected to hit the global markets as an international version of the 5-inch HTC smartphone, Europe seemed an almost lock as one of those regions. According to HTC, however, that’s not going to be the case.

“…the Deluxe will unfortunately not come to Europe.” – HTC

That quote above comes directly from HTC’s German Facebook page as a response to a reader asking about the recent leaks. Reading that, you’d get the sense that the phone is a no-go for Europe altogether. ¬†Our hope is that this is one of those, “what we didn’t say was…” scenarios. Maybe, just maybe it’s going to Europe under another name.
