Amazon updates Santa app for 2012

Amazon updates Santa app for 2012 today announced the release of an updated Amazon Santa app (1.1) for Android, iOS, and Kindle Fire. Available for a few weeks now, this newly tweaked and free app lets users create interactive and custom Wish Lists for children. New features for the 2012 update include:

  • Browse and filter: Finding what you want just got easier. Amazon Santa now lets you filter by product category or brand.
  • More categories: In addition to toys, games, movies and TV shows, this year’s Amazon Santa app also features a wider range of sporting goods including bikes, skateboards and more.

Amazon Santa is a family-friendly app aimed at kids ages 3-11 and lets them search for and select gifts from an online catalog.  With access to thousands of toys, games, movies and TV shows, books, sporting goods and video games, it’s a great way for parents to learn what their children are asking for this year. What’s more, parents can also share the list with friends and relatives.
