Pantech rumored with 1080p HD display for Vega IM-A860

Not to be left behind in the dust of LG, Samsung, Sony, and other mobile players, Pantech is the latest name tied to rumors of a 1080p HD display for a future device. A new Pantech Vega IM-A860¬†has been spotted in the GLBenchmark database which looks to feature the increasingly popular 1920×1080 pixel screen.

Additional details are shown to include a quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, Adreno 320 GPU, and 4G LTE support. We expect Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at the very least for this device and also anticipate the memory, storage, and camera to be on par with today’s high-end Androids. That is, of course, provided Pantech wants to keep pace.
