Samsung will introduce a new Galaxy Frame smartphone at Mobile World Congress, according to sources close to SamMobile.  Details are incredibly scarce at this point however we are expecting it in a pearl white color only. Reportedly, the hardware is not all that powerful and the specs will likely fall in line with the Galaxy Ace or Galaxy Mini. Should that be the case then we might expect a smallish screen and single-core or dual-core processor.
