Samsung SGH-T999L rumored as Galaxy S III LTE for T-Mobile

Samsung SGH-T999L rumored as Galaxy S III LTE for T-Mobile

T-Mobile may be prepping a 4G LTE variant of the Samsung Galaxy S III, if recent Bluetooth filings are to be believed. As noticed by AndroidGreed, a Samsung SGH-T999L was recently found getting certified for Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity.

Given the model number so closely resembles T-Mobile’s current Galaxy S III (SGH-T999) save for the ‘L’ at the end, it seems fairly easy to draw the lines. Of course, T-Mobile needs to build out its LTE network just a bit before such a device would be worth owning, however it would not be the first time a carrier launched a phone before ahead of full network support.

This makes all the sense in the world. They have the Galaxy Note 2, and Lg Nexus 4 all ready slated for it’s new LTE ADVANCE 10 NETWORK. Now they will add the the Galaxy S3L that’s a great idea. Plus in 2013 the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 will be added to the stable. Big things will be part of tmobile in 2013.
