The Sony C650X may arrive as the Xperia X in January, according to the latest batch of rumors. This model, along with the similarly designed C660X Yuga (Xperia Z), are both anticipated at CES and could kick off the new yaer in a big way for Sony.

Details for the pair of presumed Xperia models include 5-inch 1080p HD display, quad-core 1.5GHz processors, 2GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage. Both are expected to run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and should feature a handful of Sony’s services and apps.
