After much hype and considerable fanfare, the HTC One is now an officially recognized smartphone. HTC today announced the Android handset for release in the coming weeks. With a name that so closely resembles other HTC devices of the last year or so, the question begging to be answered is, “what’s the difference between the HTC One and the HTC One X+?”

In more ways than one, the HTC One bests the Android smartphone of 2012. We’re talking more processing power and RAM, but also a better camera and display.
