LG, proving that they aren’t afraid to throw rocks at a giant, has taken to Times Square with an ad of their own. Check out what is sitting directly above the Samsung teaser billboard in New York. Yep, LG has taken Samsung’s own play on the ‘4’ and incorporated it into their own advertising.
While the LG Optimus G is actually here for (4) us, it doesn’t have the widespread adoption that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will enjoy. By that, we mean there are only two carriers in the U.S. who offer the Optimus G. Perhaps the upgraded Optimus G Pro will get a wider blanket if and when it comes stateside.
Kudos to LG for having the guts to give Samsung a taste of their own medicine; The next big thing is already here, right?
