Verizon today announced its next Android smartphone, the low-cost Pantech Perception, arrives in late April. Priced at $99.99 with a two-year service agreement and $50 mail-in rebate, the phone runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and comes with specs that closely resemble last year’s top Android’s.
