As we reported earlier this week, it was confirmed that LG will be hosting a press event in the Big Apple on May 1st and its main focus will be on the Optimus G Pro. To get us all a little more excited, an image was leaked this afternoon via Twitter of the upcoming smartphone for AT&T.

Of course we will have to wait a few more days for any details related to the device, but until then we can have a look and only imagine what it has under the hood. As always we will keep you up to date with any further details.

    Hmmm…. I don’t think the chassis is particularly appealing… But I guess the point is that it functions in excellence, right? That said…. I guess it IS actually one of the two best looking LG handsets that I’ve ever seen.

    This definitely isn’t the Galaxy Note 2 thats for sure. Samsung owns this space.

      What was your first clue? The fact that it’s made by LG or the fact that it’s not called the “Galaxy Note 2″?
