The doubleTwist media player for Android is one of the most popular and innovative apps of its kind. From its companion computer app which allows for WiFi syncing, to its ability to push media to DLNA enabled devices, doubleTwist has been a welcome and feature-rich option for Android users for a good while now.

Last night saw that history of innovation continue as doubleTwist began pushing out an update with a completely revitalized UI, rebuilt from the ground up to mesh with Google’s revered holo interface.
