HTC One Nexus Edition to see Android 4.3 soon after release, report claims

The HTC One Nexus Edition, which arrives on June 26, will pick up an Android 4.3 update in the weeks following its release. A tweet from oft-accurate HTC ROM developer @llabTooFeR tells us that the yet-announced version of Android must be nearing.

Google has yet to formally make any announcements in regards to an Android 4.3 update; we suspect there won’t be much noise when it debuts. Expected to be part of the Jelly Bean family it’s likely a handful of minor updates and tweaks to play nice with a widening base of devices.

In a bit of related news, a list of HTC models purported to receive Android 4.3 updates leaked online yesterday. Although the HTC One Nexus Edition was not on the list a number of other models are slated to see the update in Q4. Keep in mind this is unconfirmed stuff until HTC makes an announcement.
