Samsung offering 1 million Galaxy owners free, early access to new Jay-Z album

Samsung and Jay-Z have come together in a new way to promote the hip hop artists new album. If you were watching the NBA Finals on Sunday night then you likely saw the 3:00 minute commercial teasing the upcoming release. Those of you who missed it, don’t worry, we’ve got the ad here.

As you can tell by the headline, Samsung and Jay-Z have partnered in a new way which benefits no fewer than 1 million owners of Samsung Galaxy products.

Starting from June 24, Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy S4, and Galaxy Note 2 owners will be able to download an exclusive application from Google Play. Then, on July 4, the album will be available for free to the first 1 million people; this is three days earlier than it goes on sale.
