Sundar Pichai: There are now more than 1 million Android apps

Sundar Pichai, speaking at his Google-related “breakfast” event, just confirmed that Android now has more than 1 million apps in the Google Play Store. The figure is quite remarkable in that it shows the number of apps has doubled in the span of one year.
