OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Aug. 1, 2013 – Today, Motorola Mobility introduced Moto X™, the first smartphone designed, engineered and assembled in the USA. Sprint (NYSE: S) plans to offer the Moto X smartphone later this summer. Powered by Android™ 4.2.2, Jellybean, Moto X will provide customers the Sprint Unlimited Guarantee – unlimited talk, text and data while on the Sprint network guaranteed for the life of the line of service.
Moto X will be available for $199.99 (excluding taxes) with a new line or eligible upgrade and two-year service agreement in all Sprint retail channels, including Web (www.sprint.com) and Telesales (1-800-SPRINT1).
