HTC Desire 500 officially coming to Europe in August

According to a recent press release, the recently announced HTC Desire 500 will be making its way to Europe this month. While prices and full availability aren’t yet available, speculation puts the Desire 500 at around $400 USD. The Desire 500 comes with:

  • 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 4GB of internal storage
  • microSD card slot (up to 64GB)
  • accelerometer
  • proximity and ambient light sensors

  • Beats Audio
  • 8 megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor
  • HTC ImageChip
  • F2.0 with a 28mm lens
  • five level LED flash
  • front-facing 1.6 megapixel camera with BSI sensor
