GAME ON! Nexus 5 rumors heat back up with LG D820

It looks like the LG D820/D821 has not been completely separated from the Nexus 5 rumors after all. After telling us earlier this week that the LG D820 will prove to be “just a CDMA G2 variant”, @evleaks today says today things aren’t exactly so clear.

It’s unclear how to construe the tweet; does this mean that the LG model will be a Nexus 5 handset? Or, could this merely mean that the D820 is just another phone?

Remember, kids, there’s nothing out there to suggest that the next model of Nexus will be called the Nexus 5. That’s only an assumption at this point.

It’s not unclear…He wouldn’t have said “happy to say” if it wasn’t about the highly anticipated Nexus 5. How many other phones do you think LG has planned? It’s the G2 and Nexus.
