Nestle rep ‘confirms’ October debut of Android 4.4 KitKat

As if we needed further proof of that Google will officially bring Android 4.4 into the world next month, we have a Nestle representative echoing the recent rumor. According to an employee on Nestle’s German Facebook team, the KitKat release will come in October.

Now, it’s entirely possible that the person handling the Facebook account is simply passing along whispers already online. As to how they would have inside knowledge of a mobile platform is a little sketchy. Nevertheless, pieces are falling into place for the debut of the Nexus 5, Nexus 10 refresh, and Android 4.4 KitKat.
