Android 4.3 update begins hitting various HTC One models

The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update has started rolling out to various versions of the HTC One smartphone. Sorry, not the U.S. just yet. It’s the Taiwanese variant of the device, however, that gets first dibs on the software. Reports surfacing today indicate that a 512MB file has arrived for that particular market.

Details in the update include:

  • Android 4.3 /HTC Sense 5.0
  • Improved low-light photos
  • New charging animations when powered off
  • Video highlights have the option to include sound

The Developer Edition is also expected to see the 4.3 update in the near future. As for the U.S. carrier versions? We should hear more on those before too long…
