Facebook app now allows for post and comment editing

The official Facebook app for Android has a new feature that should be well-received by many of you. As the headlines spoils it, the app now allows for editing of posts and comments – even after sharing.

Those of you who have played with the Facebook beta client may already be up on this feature as it has been present since early September. You’ll not find the details in the changelog but there are reportedly other tweaks in the newest release.

  • Use icons in status updates to express what you’re feeling or doing.
  • See upcoming events at a glance on your favorite Pages.
  • Create and share new photo albums from your phone.
