LG to intro curved display with ‘Z’ smartphone

LG, looking to keep pressure on Samsung, will introduce a smartphone with a curved (concave) display in the coming weeks. Known, for now, as the “Z”, this device is said to be currently in production and should be ready to go later in October. It might be a little bit of “lost in translation” but we’re reading that the total screen size may be 6-inches diagonally with a little bit of wrapping. ¬†We’ll find out soon enough; ZDNet (Korea) says the announcement is expected this month.
