Pandora next in line for Chromecast support
Pandora may be next in line to support the Chromecast, at least that’s what a new GigaOm finding suggests.
Details found in the source code for the Chromecast website and CSS code make multiple references to Pandora.
Chromecast is the easiest way to enjoy online video and music on your TV. Plug it into any HDTV and control it with your existing smartphone, tablet, or laptop. No remotes required. Cast your favorites from Google Play, YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Pandora and Chrome to your TV with the press of a button.
Google has a press event slated for this evening which is expected to center around Google Play more than anything. With no new hardware anticipated at the gala, we should look more in the direction of services and/or features. Adding a new key player to Chromecast may prove to be part of that agenda.
