Amazon shaves Nexus 7 (2013) price to $199

Amazon shaves Nexus 7 (2013) price to $199

Presumably as part of a pre-Black Friday promotion, Amazon is offering the flagship tablet at a discounted price

Amazon is offering the Nexus 7 tablet for $199 (16GB) and $239 (32GB) today, a savings of more than ten percent. While that discount doesn’t sound all that fantastic at first blush, it  does drop the tablet into that coveted sub-$200 price range. If you’re looking to pick up the latest and greatest from Google then you’ll have to dig deep to find something better.

No indication just yet as to how long this savings will last; hurry if you’re thinking of grabbing one. Google, for it’s part, is still selling the two tablets at their normal prices through the Google Play Store.
